DESCRIPTION:Day at the Range\n\nOPEN EVENT\n Pistols\, shotguns (No birdshot) and rifles .30 caliber and smaller \nPlease E-Mail me if you are interested.  \n\nI have reserved the “Small-bore” range for this event. This range is private to this event. Bring your guns and ammo and let’s have fun. I will offer gun inspections and brief safety discussions for those interested. Some individual one-on-one mentoring opportunities will be available. \nThe range will be periodically reconfigured to change from pistols to “long guns” so that we can shoot our guns. \nI will have a few firearms on hand for limited trial. \n\n\nThis will be a low intensity activity. Minors 12 years and older\, new and intermediate shooters welcome.  \n  \n\n \nBen Avery Shooting Facility – Small bore Range\n \n  \n  Please send me an e-mail confirming your interest so I can plan activities according to participation. All shooters will be required to help pick up brass and clean up. You must have hearing and eye protection to be on the range\, even observers. Bring your own ammo and paper targets.  \nAll guns must be in a case when transporting to/from the range. \nFree inspections and light cleanings available before shooting.

October 15\, 2023 10:00 pm to 5:00 pm\nWhere:  Ben Avery Practical Pistol Range Bay E\n4044 W Black Canyon Blvd\, Phoenix\, AZ 85086 \nCost: $20 covers range fees and range master with the remainder of the proceeds going to AZSCIA\nOnce signed up\, you will receive an invoice from us to make payment. \n***Eye and ear protection are required as well as close-toed shoes.*** We will have earplugs if you need them. \n\nPistols Only \n\nA variety of loaner firearms will be available to try out  (tip jar for ammo)  including\, AMT Long Slide Hardballer (Terminator movie)\, revolvers and semi autos from the owners collection\, etc. \nThere will be ammo for sale if you run out or forget yours. \nFor more information call Jon at 602-875-6774 or email hitsandmisss@gmail.com \nSnacks and water will be available.  Bring your own lunch if you’d like. \n\nGo directly to Practical Pistol E\, do not go to the main range to sign in. \n \n
